Resigns from the post of Chairman of Discretionary Shares

It is a well-known fact that in the local elections of 2079 BS, the results of the Vibekshil Saja Party were generally disappointing. I would like to inform you that he has resigned from the post of party chairman on the basis of morality, taking full responsibility for the result of the election, despite his selfless and sincere efforts as the coordinator and later as the chairman for the last five years. I will remain an ordinary member of the party.

As a party leader, I have to take responsibility for not being able to get good results while our candidates are “honest and competent”. The credit for the victory in Bara’s Feta village and its two wards goes to Rustam Ansari, a very popular figure in the area and a distinguished social worker and newly elected chairman of the village. Even if I resign from the post of party president, I would like to express my commitment to fully support him in building a model village.

I salute all the well-wishers inside and outside Nepal who have been supporting us financially, morally, and materially, the leaders and members who have been steadfast in building the party despite the party’s adversity in the last five years. I can’t express my respect for you in words. I’m so sorry to hear that, and I’m so sorry to hear that.

The major issues and slogans raised by the Discretionary Share are now being raised and spoken by many parties and their leaders. That is your gift. The transformation of this country will be impossible unless the major issues raised by the Discretionary Share are addressed.

Although the “Country Beyond Ideas” document I presented was passed by more than two-thirds of the party’s central committee, some, including the party coordinator, were prosecuted for their activities against the majority’s decision. After the resignation of the chairperson who submitted the document, I humbly request the Central Working Committee and the Central Committee of the party to reverse those actions. Likewise, I would like to urge all the comrades who resigned in disagreement with the document to rejoin the party.

The party’s Central Working Committee and Central Committee will take a decision after an in-depth discussion and review on how to move the party forward. In spite of being as honest as my intellect and conscience, I sincerely apologize for my weaknesses and mistakes. I am confident that the credibility of the party will be restored under the leadership of the friends of the Central Committee. I will fully support that effort.

Hail to Nepal!

Rabindra Mishra
