World’s largest incredible Hindu temple located in Cambodia (with video)

Cambodia, located in Southeast Asia, is a Buddhist country where about 97% of the total population follows Buddhism. But the world’s largest Hindu temple of Lord Vishnu is located in this country. From this point of view, it is one of the world’s largest religious sites.
This temple situated in Angkor Wat was built by Khmer king Suryaverman in the 12th century as his state temple. Renowned as one of the most fascinating tourist destination, millions of tourists come to see the unique beauty of this temple every year.

The world’s famous Time Magazine has ranked this temple at number five in the list of architectural monuments created by the most beautiful artwork. Apart from devoting this temple to Lord Vishnu, it is also called the Ram temple. It is believed that Lord Rama stayed there during his period of Banbas. But in present context, due to lack of preservation of this historical place it is slowly turning to ruins. Here, Buddhists and other religions also visit along with Hindu believers.

It is said that people’s visit to Cambodia would be incomplete without the visit to this great historical monument.
